This was a part of the first twelve week trip that Viv and I did in 1974. The camera was an Olympus OM2 which I had for years and, but for the advent of digital cameras, I would still have it as the Olympus was a magnificent "machine". A shame that celluloid film went out, but that is progress? Transparencies were used for these shots and over the 30 years they have lost a lot of their original quality, but we hope you will enjoy seeing what parts of Europe looked like without the millions of people that constantly tour these days.
